JSC „KRANTECHNA“ from Lithuania. In 1991 we began our activity in area of recycling. Our activity was procurement of black and colour metal and it’s processing in Russia, Lithuania. In 1993 we evaluated our costs spent for immoderate staff, production and low work efficiency and decided to purchase several loading machines FUCHS and later we’ve established exploitation and (mobile) maintenance basis. During 1996 - 1997 we have substantially extended our activity range in this field. Considering changes and growing demand for loading and scrap processing machines in the market we started to sell used loading machines in the Baltic region – Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, in Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine. In 1997, after the sum up the market situation, growing activity sizes (turnover) of our customers and in pursuance of their needs for processing the scrap metal, we started to interest, search and later to sell the scrap shears and scrap loading machines to the ports. From 2001 we concentrated our activity just in the sales of second hand loading and scrap metal processing machines, spare parts supplying and maintenance. Till 2004 we sold various types of scrap shears. From that time the sales of scrap shears and Fuchs machines was growing continuously. In 2008 were sold a number TEREX port machines including the biggest one MHL585. JSC “Krantechna” has very strong positions in our market with the mobile loading machines also what concerns the port service, including even mobile crushing and screening equipment. We have analyzed the situation in the ports for the coal screening and the situation in the quarries for the gravel and dolomite production, it was clear that there is a big equipment demand on the market. From 2008 January JSC “Krantechna” started to sell Powerscreen & Terex-Pegson products on the Lithuanian market. We have an agreement with Terex Powerscreen & Terex-Pegson that JSC “Krantechna”, are the only, exclusive Terex Powerscreen & Terex-Pegson business partner in Lithuania. 2009 we have sold the biggest impactor of the TEREX PEGSON product range XH500SR. Our clients are the biggest Lithuanian quarries. From 2009 JSC “Krantechna” has started the sale activities with ASTEC AGREGATE AND MINING GROUP. We made a big advertising campaign for this group in Baltic states and Ukraine and Kazakhstan. Together with Terex Rigid Trucks and O&K excavators now we have full range of equipment for the quarries and mines. Due we have a big range of different products (TEREX, TEREX FUCHS, TEREX POWERSCREEN, TEREX PEGSON, TEREX O&K, ASTEC AGGREGATE &MINING GROUP, TEREX CRANES, TEREX PPM, SERAM, TAURUS, SMAG, HGT, GENESIS, GOTTWALD), we have very strong service team for the everyday equipment maintenance. The service team is divided into different departments: Very qualified specialists for hydraulic, electric and electronic systems also two mobile groups and very strong service team for major rebuilding activity in the main workshop in Vilnius. Assembly team. Very qualified welders and engineers, they are responsible for the big equipment assembly (scrap shears, shredders, screening lines, harbor cranes). The engineers are periodically trained on special courses in the factory producer. We have agreement with all our suppliers that spare part supply is within 24 hours for emergency cases or during the warranty period. Also we have very big spare part range on our stock.
