The MS BIG is a compact screener weighing 1700–1800 kg, depending on the sales configuration. It is suitable for a loader with a bucket width of up to 250 cm and a volume of approximately 1.2 m³. If you have a CAT 906 or KRAMER 8095 loader, the MS BIG vibratory screener is the right choice for you. You get the most out of the vibratory screener by operating it with two loaders or an excavator and a loader. The excavator loads the material onto the vibratory screen, and the loader removes the sorted material. In this way, you can sort more than 700 tonnes of material per day. All this with compact dimensions of 285 x 162 cm and a height of only 252 cm. With this sorting machine, the material can be sorted into multiple fractions simultaneously. The vibratory screen has a bolted-on underframe and can be supplied with a vibratory topframe. We can also customize the underframe to your specific requirements. The MS BIG can easily be integrated directly into a production or recycling line. With a capacity of up to 100 tonnes per hour, the MS BIG can screen various materials, such as topsoil, excavated soil, sand, rubble, and more.
